With a strong emphasis on passive design strategies, the structure minimizes energy demands while enhancing user comfort. Natural ventilation, achieved through strategically placed openings and optimized spatial orientation, reduces load on mechanical cooling systems — illustrating seamless technology and environmental consideration.
