Ermali Mall is a landmark development designed for DMT and inspired by the vision of Zayed City, merging sustainable parametric design with iconic urban presence. Inspired by the natural curves of surrounding dunes and the cultural significance of the oasis, the project reinterprets these elements through a modern, futuristic lens. The mall’s curved façade mirrors the topography of the desert, while diagonal surface patterns nod to Abu Dhabi’s forward-thinking design language.
Positioned as a key destination within the city, Ermali integrates circulation and experience — including a signature ramp that guides visitors on a journey around a central oasis feature. The architecture aligns with surrounding roads and buildings to create a seamless urban connection, while natural planting and softscape strategies reinforce the ecological values set by Zayed City’s sustainable future. Ermali isn’t just a shopping center — it’s a spatial experience grounded in place, purpose, and possibility.
