The Ultimate Superfunction

The Link has a space for every person in the society, it attracts friends & families to explore new forms of entertainment, education, and nature. The Link was also designed to achieve Platinum LEED certification of new construction v4.1

Over 15 °C Reduction in outdoor temperatures

The Link activates Expo City by linking Expo City with Dubai Centers, internally linking the Expo Dome with the valley, and by linking today’s status with the 2040 Dubai masterplan. It does so by confirming that all spaces are Walkable during all times of the year, Livable by fulfilling individuals’ needs, and socially vibrant through the superfunction.

Gaming arena

The top floor of the gaming arena Features the most active areas of The Link. The ground floor features an infinite boundaries experience with acoustic glass on the floor overlooking the karting underground area, glass on top overlooking the skies and interactive experiences for the visitors on the social arena center.
The Karting area has a glass roof where daylight can access it during the day and features soft separation between the functions along the gaming arena
With a Skylight and triple height, and a glass floor overlooking the karting area, the gaming arena is a one-of-a-kind experience for its visitors.

VR Arena & Garden

Seamlessly blending education with technology, the zone features a beautifully curated interior garden, visible from multiple viewing points of the project. This serene oasis offers a refreshing quality of space, inspiring creativity, focus, and well-being. Integrating innovation with nature, The Link shapes a dynamic environment where knowledge thrives and inspiration flourishes.
The Link redefines education through a cutting-edge educational zone designed to inspire and engage. Equipped with advanced labs, creative studios, and a state-of-the-art VR center, it empowers local students and schools with immersive learning opportunities.

Lighting maze & Automobile museum

A captivating spatial installation where architecture meets illumination. This immersive environment combines mirrored surfaces, dynamic projections, and holographic elements, creating a boundless interplay of light and reflection. Blurring the line between structure and sensory experience.
With a contemporary exhibition space designed to celebrate automotive innovation. Its adaptive architecture hosts year-round showcases where leading car brands present their latest models and technology, transforming the space into a dynamic platform for design and mobility exploration.

The Infinite Experience

The Link’s vibrant network of avenues creates a seamless transition between outdoor experiences and surrounding landmarks while blending indoor arenas and outdoor avenues through math-based circulations. This interconnected architectural journey offers a dynamic narrative where each avenue provides a distinct atmosphere and purpose, guiding visitors through diverse spaces that celebrate education, technology, nature, and culture.
